The first goal of the incident management process is to restore a normal service operation as quickly as possible and to minimize the impact on business operations..

To manage incidents TUMbase offers an Incident Management module, combined with the TUMbase Change management module it makes the ideal helpdesk ticket system.

All incidents can be registered, categorized and picked up by you or a designated external support organization. Every incident can be assigned to a support member.

In incident mangement, you easily create new inctidents. These are instantly converted into a "Ticket" and logged into the Support department.

By 3 categories, you can always easily filter your incident.

Support department can add work information to each incident. An incident owner is added for each incident.
