Change Management

Change Management is used for managing the alterations to any configuration item within the asset management module, which is part of TUMbase.

The Change Management Module of TUMbase, also allows you to create requests from each user group, new hardware requests, move hardware with ease, software installation requests and create/disable user accounts. All requests are sent to an email address of your choice. This module works well with all available modules.

Most requests are standard changes. Therefore TUMbase has created templates for these standard requests. For every task within a request, you can set the amount of time that task may last by default. Even a comprehensive description of an activity is possible, so everyone knows exactly what to do.

Master request from

In the change management module, you associate tasks with a master request form.

Tasks can contain a description of exactly what needs to be done and how. In addition, this time can be defined in advance, together with the price of this task.

You associate already defined tasks with a change.

This way you only run every task that are linked to it.

Through categories you can always find your request easily.

Requests

Easily transmit your change from the predefined templates. Clean and simple.
